William Kowalenko began his personal injury career in 1980, working as a personal injury claims adjuster with an independent adjustment company in New York City. After working his way up the ranks he decided to attend law school and on graduation, continued his personal injury career as a lawyer. He is admitted to practice law in New York and New Jersey state courts, and in the Eastern and Southern United States District Courts of New York and in the Federal District Courts of New Jersey.
He joined the Law Offices of Neil Moldovan in 2015 as a Senior Trial Attorney specializing in all aspects of Personal Injury and Social Security Disability litigation. He has represented clients in wrongful death cases, in automobile accidents, in slip/trip and fall, as well as in injuries resulting from the workplace and in social security disability matters.
He has appeared for trial in dozens of cases in both New York State and the Federal Courts of New York and New Jersey. He recovered $1 million dollars for his client recently in case against the City of New York and the New York Board of Education.
